Haybreaker was founded in 2019 by engineer Jesse Hayward in Melbourne, Australia. The studio stays deliberately small: a senior core team that leads every project, scaled with vetted specialists when scope demands it. Jesse brings deep experience across a dozen languages and frameworks — from C++ and Rust through to Dart, C#, Kotlin, and TypeScript — so every project uses the right tool, not the fashionable one.
